The Service provides chit fund management tools including group creation, member management, auctions, payments, collections, and reporting. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each company registration creates a separate tenant with isolated data.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
Subscription plans may include free and paid tiers. Paid plans are subject to the pricing displayed at signup. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
